The task of this project was to invent a functional space for the reconstruction of a historic apartment in the center of Brno for future rent. The main living area was to contain both a kitchen with a dining area and a living "lounge" zone with the possibility of a home office.

It was important for us to include all functional zones while keeping the space airy and bright enough. Unique and at the same time to appeal to a wider range of people. The use of quality materials such as premium lacquered boards from Egger or oak slats gave the apartment its final appearance.
